Barack Obama/Osama bin Laden - EPIC FAIL

I found a colorful and interesting take on the recent killing of Osama bin Laden:

I'll apologize for any off color language and seemingly unpatriotic references up front. Don't get me wrong, I support out troops and all their efforts. What I don't support are the morons making the decisions at our nation's capitol. With that being said: Dear Pres. Obama - you are the biggest douchebag. I'm embarrassed for all the media and people in the US right now cheering that Bin Laden is dead. Get a clue everyone, this was NOT a win.

This was a complete and total clusterfuck. Nothing more, nothing less. If you can sit there and cheer because "All the king's horses and all the king's men" spent years and years hunting and tracking down and finally killing some old man in his bathrobe, then you need your head examined. Now that Osama bin Laden is dead we can pack up and go home now right? That's it, problem solved right? As ridiculous as that statement sounds, that pretty much sums up how everyone is acting. It also puts emphasis on how little of an achievement killing him was. Don't misunderstand, I could care less one way or the other the demise of some geriatric terrorist - but I'll be damned if I'm going to act like a total fool as if this was in any way, shape or form a "win".

This whole middle east parade of bullshit we've been dragging on for the last several presidencies has been such a retarded three ring circus that it tops Watergate, the JFK assassination coverup and the Iran-Contra affair COMBINED. Good job to the assholes in Washington. You have completely and thoroughly validated the term EPIC FAIL.

Osama bin Laden's death had ZERO effect on the so-called 'war on terrorism'. A group of terrorists that carried out the attacks on 9/11 are long since dead. Apparently that didn't stop the rest of the terrorists from attacking our troops overseas. We as citizens have yet to receive any solid proof that bin Laden even had anything to do with the 9/11 attacks other than our government's piss poor propaganda that everyone's willing to accept like sheep no matter how made up their bullshit sounds. At this point, Dr. Suess stories make more sense.

Hundreds and hundreds of US soldiers' lives lost. Hundreds of millions of US dollars wasted while our economy goes down the toilet. Not a single dent put in 'terrorism'. Apparently people, especially our government, can't grasp the concept of decentralization. Fighting an individual doesn't conquer a concept. When Kevin Mitnick was convicted, did it stop hackers? When the RIAA got a court ordered cease and decist for Limewire, did it not reopen immediately due to the efforts of others? (LimeWire Pirate Edition still works by the way, so congrats to the RIAA for their win as well) Welcome to the wonderful world of decentralization, where your efforts are costly and pointless. If...IF.. the demise of Osama bin Laden made the tiniest bit of difference, then why are we still fighting? It proves my point that it was meaningless and emphasizes what a joke all of this has been from the start.

We've lost too many US lives, too much of our resources and we're taking it up the ass at the gas pumps worse than ever as our dollars spent on crude oil fuel the very same terrorists we're fighting against. GOOD JOB. All because our government wants to play little games. You can call me paranoid, but I choose to use the lump three feet above my ass for more than a hat rack. Chasing unaccounted for and nonexistent 'weapons of mass destruction' - our own government passing new bills that would force our air defense to remain grounded just months prior the 'unexpected' 9/11 attacks. Our very own government lying through their ass and creating a spectacle where for the first time in aviation history..not just one, but THREE black boxes from those 'hijacked' jets mysteriously disappeared? Call the news crews because the day one bit of our government's bullshit holds an ounce of truth will be the day golden monkeys fly out of my ass.

Barack’s wave crashed in Hillary’s ‘perfect storm’

Does Hillary keep drawing all those women to the polls?

They outvoted men 57 percent to 43 percent in New Hampshire.

Does she keep them fired up through South Carolina, and beyond?

After Monday’s predictions turned out so horribly wrong, pundits are cautious. But courageous Arnie Arnesen, longtime New Hampshire politician and talk host on WCCM 1110-AM, called what happened Tuesday “a perfect storm” for Hillary Clinton.

The ingredients:

  • Polls predicting a big Obama win. So some Obama voters, assured of victory, either stayed home or opted to help John McCain, whom they perceived to be in a tighter race.
  • Obama’s lackluster debate performance Saturday, when a strong Hillary joked likability questions hurt her “feelings.”
  • The Deval Patrick factor: Both men did the soaring rhetoric and hope campaign. Deval hasn’t yet produced much. Would Obama struggle too?
  • The legendary Clinton machine. Obama’s side, perhaps a bit cocky, wasn’t out and about until about 6 Tuesday morning. Hillary’s crowd? Up at 4 a.m. That “makes a difference,” Arnesen said.
  • The Big Backlash. The radio station pranksters who held up a sign and screamed “iron my shirt” at Hillary on Monday. Her getting trashed for welling up on the eve of the primary. Her getting trashed by a media suddenly swooning over Obama and by talk radio show hosts, like my own 96.9 WTKK colleague Jay Severin, who’s made about a zillion references to the size of Hillary’s derriere.

I cannot think of something more likely to enrage and unite women - particularly post-50 women who are Hillary’s biggest supporters - than ridiculing another woman’s appearance. There are few more glaring double standards in America than that between older men (distinguished, wise, powerful, even handsome) and older women (haggard, bitter, powerless, sexless and all but invisible on our most important medium, TV).

Mix this brew. Suddenly voting for Hillary can become payback for every sexist or demeaning experience, every “get me a cup of coffee, will ya’, hon?”

Judy Goggin, 62, of Jamaica Plain said it bothered her to see Hillary picked on. Four retired Brookline schoolteachers, all Hillary voters, dubbed themselves “the golden girls.” Former principal Carol Schraft said Gloria Steinem’s article in that morning’s New York Times [NYT] had been their “read-aloud” on their drive to Hillary’s party election night. Steinem argued that gender has never been taken as seriously in America as race - though it should be - and that “there is still no right way to be a woman in public power without being considered a you know what.”

Carol Rafferty, 48, of Nashua, said attacks on Hillary made up her mind - to vote for her over Obama. “I was really ticked,” she said.

So will women like Rafferty remain “ticked” through Super Duper Tuesday on Feb. 5?

God, I hope not. Then Hillary wins.

By the way, if you missed it, here’s the update from the woman whose question caused Hillary to well up Monday. Marianne Pernold Young, 64, told ABC she’d initially been “moved” by her emotion. “We saw 10 seconds of Hillary, the caring woman. . . . But then when she turned away from me, I noticed that she stiffened up and took on that political posture again . . . the woman I noticed for 10 seconds was gone.”

Young said the faucet on and off thing disturbed her enough to cast her vote - for Barack.

Mitt Catches S**t Over Hillary-Bashing Sign

Not everyone is a fan of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, but comparing them to one of the most dastardly pieces of human excrement of all time -- that might be bit much. Especially for a presidential candidate.

TMZ obtained photos of presidential candidate Mitt Romney trying to win over grammatically challenged South Carolinians Thursday by holding a sign that said, "No to Obama, Osama and Chelsea's Moma."
